  • The mission of Sandahl Partners is to support organisations in various ways in developing a culture in which people can collaborate and function effectively together. Our organisational psychologists work with a wide range of services / tasks such as change processes, systematic team development, analysis using in-depth interviews, management team development, employee programmes, conflict management, training in communication, effective meetings etc.

  • Management teams face many challenges at the same time as exerting a decisive influence on their organisation and on people’s ability to perform their role in this. Sandahl Partners’ psychological consultants support, challenge and train management teams at all levels to work effectively together as a team.

  • Research has shown that teams develop over time and become more effective in the later phases of development. We help teams to identify and work with obstacles and challenges in order to become a collaborative team more quickly. Often it is about developing team meetings, interaction and communication. A development process often commences with an analysis of the team’s current situation with the aid of a GDQ, for example. (Group Development Questionnare).

  • Our starting point is that all leaders can become more functional and successful and that leadership can be trained. We regard good leadership as a function of the organisation creating the right conditions, that the individual wants to and can assume their leadership role and that the employees contribute to a working collaboration. When all parts work together towards the goal, this creates the optimum conditions for success. Based on this system perspective, we work inter alia with Individual leadership development/coaching, Personal assessment and 360-analysis with a view to development, Leadership development programme.
